It’s taken me a while before this blog got its English subdomain. I’ve always planned writing in English and Slovenian both, just to expand the possibilities and reach even more people with my ramblings. And now I can finally do it.
I moved to London in 2011, pretty much on the spur of the moment and I have never regretted it. Sure, it was difficult at times, especially trying to look for that elusive perfect job, but now, almost four years down the line, I have never been happier. London has been a new beginning and it has allowed me to expand my horizons and grow my own pair of wings. I changed a fair bit since moving here. I rediscovered my passion for writing, I met the most wonderful man, developed a love for cooking and baking and indulging in amazing tastes as well as moved further than just a pair of jeans and a jumper.
This blog is all about my move, change and life in London. It’s filled (or will be soon enough) with my experience in moving to a new country, my kitchen experiments and my journey to a new style (including me trying to blow dry and style my hair in a way that’s not only a pony tail).
